Welcome to Shadow Ridge! Shadow Ridge is a neighborhood in Flower Mound Texas, a part of the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. Neighbors, the Texas legislature passed a new bill (House Bill 614) that went into effect on January 1st of 2024. This law requires that HOAs to inform their members about what types of fines they can levy and what the amount of those fines may be. Below are the fines that our HOA can assess.
