The Shadow Ridge neighborhood has some color selections that were established by the builder when the neighborhood was founded to ensure there was a consistent and attractive appearance throughout the neighborhood. Those originally approved colors are no longer produced, but we have attempted to identify a corresponding color that is currently available through Sherwin Williams. Please see the list of pre-approved colors below as well as a downloadable .pdf file to display what those colors are. If you would like to use a different color, please submit it with your architecture change request for approval.
