HOA Board

Phil Bently - President

Phil has lived in the neighborhood since April 1995.  The HOA was still under the control  of the builder at that time.  He has enjoyed watching the neighborhood grow and mature.

Kevin Cornell - Secretary

Kevin and his wife Sarah moved to Shadow Ridge in 2022. Kevin is happy to serve as secretary of the board and help the neighborhood where needed.

Pat Hardi - Treasurer

Pat and her husband, Walter, moved to Shadow Ridge in 1998. She has served on the Board since 2000. Pat served as president, treasurer and historian of the Shadow Ridge Women's Club.  Pat's claim to fame:  She worked for Bill Gate's father-in-law on the Apollo Space Program.

Jennifer Clubb - Safety

Jennifer moved into the neighborhood in 2018 and joined the HOA Board in 2023, currently serving as the Safety Chair. Jennifer enjoys helping the neighborhood by volunteering at our Fall Festival and serving her community.

Carol Valentine -Landscaping

Carol has lived in the  neighborhood since April of 2000.  This is her second time to serve on the board.  Both times, she was in charge of landscaping and selecting the yard of the month.  

Ricki Casterline- Greivance

Ricki Casterline and her husband, Robert, have been residents of Shadow Ridge since February 2006.  Ricki leads the Grievance committee.  She is a retired social worker who enjoys traveling.

Eric Bussey - Architecture

Eric Bussey, his wife Jennifer  moved into Shadow Ridge in 2004.  Eric previously served on the HOA board of directors for several years and was re-elected to the board in August of 2019.
